Sudden hip pain after running? - sudden hip pain

I'm trying to run 3.5 kilometers every day. Usually intervals of wind, walking and running have - depending on the day. I is active, and suddenly had a sharp pain on the left side around the waist to the lower back. I have real trouble walking. Any suggestion for what it is and how to overcome the pain? No pain when sitting, only when the weight applied to the left side when walking.
