Hello! I have these pills. Me with my son. My milk supply was very generous, it escapes me at times (but only at first). I have never this brand, but I have used many others, including their own brands, while I was nursing. I found that quite well. And really, after the milk supply is established and the 2 of you are needed in real time through a routine nursing are few. You only get what I trust as "the old feeling when" it is feeding time! LOL!
