I am 6 months pregnant and cannot handle the pain in my lower back! Any advice? - can i get pregnant with a herniated disc

I am 6 months. pregnant with my first child and has never had back pain like this before.

I talked to my doctor several times, but nothing seems to help.

(my doc. tips) I've tried everything and still swim, sleep, the plates of cold, heat, acetaminophen (Tylenol), drugs, the various positions to take massage, gentle movement and can even relieve the pain. It is indescribable and constant!

I have a herniated disc L4-L5, not me this trouble before and I also have severe sciatica. My back feels less tense and very painful joints and I can not sleep, walk, or, to my opinion.

I can not go for another 3 months of pregnancy with this pain! Please tell me if there is anything I can do?!?
